Frequently asked questions
Is this DSSSB ASO mock test really free?
Yes. You can start any test without an account or login. Create an account only if you want your results saved and a history of your attempts.
Are these questions from the real DSSSB ASO paper?
The two full tests are built from the official answer-key PDFs of the 16 July 2019 DASS Grade II exam, the same Level-7 post that DSSSB now advertises as ASO. The subject tests draw from the same question bank. They are previous year questions, not predictions for 2026.
How many questions and how much time does the full test give?
The 2019 papers had 200 questions and 120 minutes. 189 questions are online for Shift 1 and 151 for Shift 2, because the remaining questions are still being transcribed or checked against the DSSSB key. Each test is shorter than the real 200, so treat the score as a section-wise guide. Marking is +1 for a right answer and -0.25 for a wrong one.
Does the test match the 2026 ASO Tier 1 pattern?
The structure matches. Tier 1 in Advertisement 01/2026 is 200 questions and 200 marks in 2 hours, with the same five subjects and 0.25 negative marking. Tier 1 is qualifying only, with 40% for General and EWS, 35% for OBC (Delhi) and 30% for SC, ST and PwBD.
Is there a separate mock test for the DSSSB LDC or Accounts Assistant posts?
Not yet. The question bank holds only the ASO level 2019 papers, so there is no LDC or Accounts Assistant test here. The reasoning, general awareness, maths and English subject tests are common to those exams, and the Hindi test is specific to DSSSB.
